Overview

The Cambrian Women’s Resource Centre is your platform for empowerment

The Women’s Resource Centre aims to help you perform at the top of your game physically, mentally, and socially. Seminars and workshops examine women’s safety, health and wellness, financial and legal issues, substance abuse, and sexuality. Want to make a difference? Build your résumé and gain valuable work experience by volunteering to take part in fundraisers, events, and educational campaigns.

The Women’s Resource Centre is a safe space on campus for women!

You can visit the Centre for information, peer-to-peer support, counselling, to meet new friends, or to just hang out. The Women’s Resource Centre hosts guest lectures, workshops, and film screenings and provides information and resources, including everything related to women’s health from sexual violence to days of action.

The Women’s Resource Centre welcomes all individuals who live or identify as women. This includes, but is not limited to, women who are transgender, intersex, cisgender, and non-binary. We encourage all women to take action in addressing issues that concern them!
