For graduates of the new curriculum (OSS): Ontario Secondary School Diploma (30 credits) or equivalent or mature student status, including:

  • Any grade 12 English (C) or (U)
  • Any grade 11 mathematics (C), (U), or (M)

This program can lead to career opportunities in many sectors of the hospitality and tourism industry.

You may work for a large hotel chain, conference and entertainment venues, and a food service operation such as a bar, pub, or restaurant. Opportunities are also available in non-traditional roles such as industry support organizations, tourism boards, distributors, and manufacturers.
